Ward Off Left

For "Left Ward Off" you need the left "bow stance": Bend your left leg, shift 70% of your weight to it. Do not stand on a line but still shoulderwidth apart. Your left arm is rounded. Keep your body upright. Hollow your armpits and breathe naturally. Hold this position for a while.
